1- EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
1.1 Right to Free Termination of the Contract

1.1.1 In accordance with the legally established consumer rights, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days after conclusion without giving any reason, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

1.1.2 To exercise the right of free termination of the contract, the customer may, before expiry of the term of termination of the contract, contact us via email XXXXXXXX or social networks (Instagram). Free termination model.

1.1.3 If you withdraw from the Contract, we will refund the amount you paid for the products, minus shipping and delivery costs. This refund will be made using the same form you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged any additional fees.

1.1.4 We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, and after reviewing and confirming the status of the order.

1.1.5 The state of conservation of the products will only be validated through:

(a) The product(s) has not been used;

b) The product(s) maintains its original characteristics;

c) The product(s) is(are) complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
2.1 In cases where you consider that, at the time of delivery, the product does not comply with the conditions of sale, you have two legally established months to notify us of the situation. You will then be informed about the procedures to be followed.

2.2 Under the terms of the law, the customer may, as an alternative to terminating the contract, choose to replace the product.

2.3 Replacement of the product or refund of the price must take place as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days.

2.4 The amount paid for products returned due to any damage or defect will be fully refunded.

2.5.The return must be made by the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.

3- ITEM EXCHANGE
3.1 If the item purchased by the customer is not the right size, the customer has the option of requesting a size change, bearing the costs associated with sending the new item, even if the original item is returned.

3.2 Request the change of size or model through the previously mentioned email ( XXXXXXX ).

3.3 The deadline for exchanging the product is 14 days from the delivery date, according to Decree-Law 24/2014.

3.4 It is important to bear in mind that if, after 14 days from the date of the request for an exchange of size or model, the original article has not been delivered, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the costs related to the new order generated .

3.5 For the purposes of the provisions of the previous number, the Customer may request a size change by sending the product by post to the address that will be provided by e-mail.

3.6.Shipping costs will only be borne by us in case of product defect or incorrect shipment. In all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

3.7.The item must be returned using or including the original packaging. It must also include all product instructions, labels, documents and packaging.

3.8 We reserve the right to examine the product and refuse the exchange if the return is made after the deadline established for this purpose and/or if the articles are not in the same conditions in which they were received by the Customer.
