9- DELIVERY

10- EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
10.1 Right to free contract resolution

10.1.1 In accordance with legally established consumer rights, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days after the conclusion without giving any reason, according to Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

11. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

12. EXCHANGE OF ARTICLES
12.1 If the article purchased by the customer does not correspond to the appropriate size, the customer has the possibility to request a size exchange, bearing the associated costs of delivery of the new article, even if returning the original article.
